The University of Notre Dame Radiofrequency Microwave Energy procedure establishes a formal written program to ensure all authorized University of Notre Dame employees and contractors are protected from the hazards associated with exposure to radiofrequency (RF)/microwave energy.

Training Requirements
All University of Notre Dame personnel and contractors accessing roof tops mentioned in the Radiofrequency Microwave Energy Procedure should be trained on the prior to accessing these roof tops. Training can be accessed through the University’s Learning Management System. Contractors accessing certain locations, as outlined in the procedure, may require additional training.
