Chemical Specific SOPs

Overview

These chemical specific SOP templates were developed to assist Principal Investigators (PIs) with ensuring lab personnel are trained in a manner compliant to OSHA's Lab Safety and Hazards Communication Standards. The intent of those standards is to ensure laboratory personnel are apprised of the hazards of the chemicals in their work area, and that appropriate work practices and procedures are in place to protect laboratory personnel from chemical health and safety hazards.
